The Orbitz Travel Blog has named Sandals Halcyon Beach one of seven of the most romantic Caribbean resorts and says that the options are “seemingly limitless”.
Blogger Dalia Colon wrote, “Take a dance lesson together, learn to scuba dive, relax in the lagoon pool, go sailing, or challenge each other to a round on the nine-hole golf course.”
She said guests also have access to the restaurants, beaches, pools and other amenities of two nearby Sandals properties, with free round-trip transportation.
“To up the romance factor, arrange for an intimate dinner for two on the beach, in the garden or on your private terrace for an additional fee,” she said.
Prices are from around $216 per person, per night. Some bookings qualify for up to $250 in spa or tour credits.
