PRESS RELEASE - Bay Gardens Resorts will hold its first ever Staycation Hunt on May 22nd, 2015. The contest will be a mixture between the hit reality show ‘Amazing Race’ and a treasure hunt.
Contestants will have the opportunity to create two person teams, to compete against other teams in the pursuit of winning the grand prize of A Staycation for Two with Breakfast at The Bay Gardens Hotel.
Each team will receive four clues starting at 12:00 pm on May 22nd throughout the hunt. The clues are associated with businesses and popular spots in Rodney Bay Village.
Once a team answers the clue correctly, finds the spot, they will send Bay Gardens Resorts a picture via Facebook of them at the location. Bay Gardens Resorts will then send a follow up task for them to perform at that location.
They must document the task as well with a picture and send it back to us to receive the next clue. Contestants must perform the tasks correctly in order to receive the clue.
The clues will be distributed via Bay Gardens Resorts Social Media platforms and The Wave, 94.5 FM. The first team to guess all clues and perform all tasks will win the grand prize.
There will also be a consolation prize for 2nd place, a dinner for two at the Bay Gardens Hotel’s Spices Restaurant.
